“Cindy” - AMRAP 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats
14 rounds on the dot
Last time I did Cindy, I was in a neighborhood park with limited ROM on pull-ups, so got 11 rounds. This time, did kipping pull-ups and squats throughout without breaks. Push-ups are where I get hung up. Interesting, though, when you look at my splits that the last round was a lot faster than the previous 10 rounds. Amazing what you can do if you see the timer counting down to your end time. I guess I need to imagine that happening each round !! I think I might be able to get another round with minimizing the breathing in between rounds, but other than that, it’s just a matter of improving the push-ups.
