I’m just your run of the mill type of guy. I was very athletic in school and tried to continue with sports in church leagues after school. Gradually started getting less and less activity going to keep me fit. My buddy told me about p90x and started that in Feb ‘09 and got into a workout schedule starting each morning at 4:30a. Yes, it’s early, but necessary!!
Then, after my 90 days of p90x was finished, we stumbled upon Crossfit and it’s been great. I love the variety and all the new and exciting things that they get you to do. Cleaning out my garage and making a lot of the things I use for the workouts has been lots of fun. Great to be able to do everything from home !!!
Now, to continue it as a lifestyle change and pass it onto my 4 children would be wonderful.
