knee started hurting on 4th round so on last 2 rounds subbede 500m row

NOTES: treadmill settings: 8.5,8.5,7.7,7.1 the 2 rows were around 2.20 minutes each the rowing on the last 2 rounds made the pull-ups harder last time I did 5.5 rounds first time doing double digits in pull ups
