I did 5 rounds, but subbed as follows:

bench press-1st round 115 lbs., rounds 2 thru 5 105 lbs

rounds 1,3,5 gravitron pullups at level 14    rounds 2,4 regular pullups

Notes

first time doing bench press—had no spotter so was worried about weight—maybe could have done more reps or more weight with spotter but was worried about pushing too hard without the spotter. level 14 on gravitron was hard. i rested 3 minutes between rounds. before i did workout i did 500m on rower—2:00
