I've gotten lazy with posts. Still kickin though. Gained a few lbs doing xfit football, but all lifts and sprints have gone way up and way down (respectively)
Hey which CFE workouts are you doing? I'll need a little more timeto integrate them into 21-15-9. CFE actually posts 8 WODs each day (Daily In Season/Off Season, Strength In Season (amateur, collegiate, pro), Strength Off Season (amateur, collegiate, pro).
Re: Crossfit Football WODs. Yes, I'll have that feature in this week. Hopefully by Wednesday. I also plan on integrating Crossfit Endurance, too, which is what I plan to follow for a while.
Just to chime in... my pull-up bars are 1" solid. A lot of affiliates use 1-1.5" pipe which is a lot more affordable. I ended up wrapping my bars with tape to add some girth. Here are some pictures of my setup: http://21-15-9.com/garage_gyms/1
Now that's being resourceful! I like it all....gives me an idea of what is possible. A few q's: What size is the pipe for the PU bar and how much do your balls (med balls!) weigh? Thanks!
