15 Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16

15 Box Jumps 24inch/20

15 Dead Lifts 70kg/60

 

WOD 2

As many reps as possible:

Squat Clean Thruster 40kg/30

Every min on the min 5 burpees

NB The Thruster must be completed as one movement or it is a ‘no rep’
