1 min handstand hold

Technique:

Overhead Squat:

Using broom stick:

20-20-20 (focus on proper form)

Then:

5-5-5-5 @ 45# with 60 sec rest between sets

WOD:

20 min AMRAP:

5 push ups

10 sit ups

15 dbl unders
