I started CrossFit style workouts in July of 2009, weighing 248 pounds. I went to a sample class at CrossFit in Worcester, came home and puked my guts out, and felt great. My buddy in Boston gave me a modified crossfit workout. I started in on this workout, started viewing the WOD on the main page, and gradually worked in a variety of exercises. I am now at a goal weight between 185-190, studying the paleo diet, and I feel stronger than ever. CrossFit has changed my life.
