  • 155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
  • 155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
  • 155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
Notes

Warmup 1 rotations of 10 juijitsu situps/40 situps/20pushups/10pullups-gravitron/20dips-gravitron/20 air squats/ 20 back extensions/30yards lunges

Had to pause each time before going to next lift, deadlift weight = 115#/ hang power clean and push jerk = 95#

Enjoy seeing others workouts to compare to mine to see where I am at.  Need more upper body strength- upper body stamina
