NOTES: This one kicked my butt!! I did all as rx'd up to the wall ball shots. Just carrying the ball, my arms were shaking from exhaustion! Maybe I should have scaled the kettle swings or push presses, but I hit the wall at the wall ball shots. This was the first WOD I started and did not complete. Total crap!
