Man alive, I’m chuffed! What a road to have travelled, from being a forty-a-day-235lb-couch-potato-and-fat-slob, to weighing in at 180lbs and deadlifting 293lbs 15 months after receiving my wake up call. Fit, fitter, CrossFit!

BTW, I also practiced my double-unders for half-an-hour again today. Progress is good. I can now manage between 7 and 15 consecutive doubles before losing co-ordination.
