Summary

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Notes

I don’t have the small plates to go heavier yet. My next step up is to 106lbs, and that’s still too heavy for me. Also, I have to clean all lifts since I don’t have any racks yet.

Yeah man I had zero core from past cycle! couldn't stabilize any amount of weight overhead. Those double unders will come soon big guy just keep at em! i use to practice them till i nearly gave myself tendonitis lol
