Started crossfit in February 2007.

Hampered by being over 40, lifelong horrible inflexibility (eg. can’t sit cross-legged), and a few niggling injuries. Flexibility has been enhanced by Crossfit, but 2 1/2 years later I still can’t do the one-legged squats in Mary. But its taken my energy levels through the roof and I’m as strong and fit as I’ve ever been. Finally got my own home gym recently as my globo gym had no rings, and Oly lifting was frowned on. Its been fabulous – do it if you can!

Am a zone/paleo eater. Try for Paleo all the time but with small kids its tough.

Love crossfit, and combine it with posture and prehabilitative work from drbookspan.com She seems to get how to prevent injury better than anyone else, but always open to recommendations – also love Peter Egoscue “Pain Free”. For us older peeps prehab is as important as the actual WOD!

Thanks Adam. Love the site. It will be huge. Is there any way I can set up some defaults just to make the daily fill in a bit quicker? eg. I almost always do it at the same time, so would like to skip that bit, along with the location (always "home" for me). Thanks. Love the site. Thanks.
