I’m sarting the Wendler 5/3/1 program to see how it works. There are alot of affliates using this method as the strength component of thier programs. I will basically be following the program made by Freddy at One World. He started programming this in mid March with appropriate conditioning…with any luck I’ll be deadlifting 400+ and squating over 300 in 6-8 months….we shall see, should be fun! |
