‘Fight Gone Bad’ Three rounds of: In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. |

My fewllow Robinson CFers decided to do this along with the area Walk for Life event. You could participate as long as you donated money in any amount. We had a pretty good turn out and raised close to $400 for the Walk for Life. I hit a PR with 316 as Rxd. This was the first time I had don FGB as Rxd due to never having access to a rower before. I didnt take 1st (3rd) but it wasnt about competeing…although placing 30 reps out of 1st kinda changed my attitude about my recent training…time to get focused again… |
