This was my first day back after taking a few days off to get the kids back in school. I also have started working out in the morning again. In reality I should have scaled this workout back a little more. It really kicked my ass this morning. I started off with CFWU X 3 @ 10 reps each. I did pushup instead of dips or pull ups. |
