First round was 13-8 thrusters, 14-7 pull-ups; next was 6-6-3, 7-5-3; last was 6-3, 5-3-1. There may be a little bit of time to pick up in those breaks. I was 90-95% anaerobic, but the breaks were definitely precipitated by muscular limitation. |
