  • Deadlift: 185 lbs. 1 1/2 body weight
  • Bench press: 135 lbs. body weight
  • Clean: 95 lbs. 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Notes

Did 150 for first bench press.  I could have done 105 or 115 on cleans, but the others were well at my limit—any more and I would have dropped all metcon from this workout.
