Summary

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

  • 75 pound Thruster, 5 reps
  • 75 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
  • 75 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
Notes

Last time I did 65 pounds and I thought I might graduate to 95 today, but I did a couple of thrusters at 95 which pained my right shoulder, so I settled on 75.  I don’t look forward to Fran anymore.
