Notes

I did a whole bunch of pull-ups yesterday evening during the 1×7 deadlift WOD, so my pull-up muscles were still fatigued. I can only do 1-2 reps of 155# bench press, so I scaled as things went on. Did a finisher of 500m sprint in 1:41 – that was very hard.
