Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Notes

Awesome workout. I know that I’ve done some good quadriceps work when I have trouble using the clutch in my car. I collapsed immediately after the squats and laid around for a minute or two before stumbling downstairs to the locker room. Getting my stuff together was a slow and confusing process. I think the only other workouts that have been this awesome are Filthy Fifty (http://21-15-9.com/users/10/calendar/4/23/2009) and perhaps Fight Gone Bad (http://21-15-9.com/users/10/calendar/3/29/2009)
