Notes

135# clean is too close to my max – 105# still felt ungainly.
No rings, so did 2x bar dips; I think the official sub is 3x bar dips, but that would have taken me well out of metcon territory.

The dips are pretty tough for me; I can keep my heart rate in the high 160s, peaking to the high 170s doing 95# cleans but doing the dips it drops into the low 150s, barely peaking into the low/mid 160s. For a metcon workout, I think 95# is right for cleans, but body weight dips are too much. I don’t like to graviton machines, so I’m going to do more dips, until this isn’t a problem.
