  • 40 Double Single-unders
  • 30 20 Box jumps, 24 inch box
  • 20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 1 pood

 

Notes

A little bit of mod on each: can’t do double-unders; don’t trust my knee yet doing 30 box jumps; 1 pood is what I always use (I’m not big enough for 1.5).
