No humidity, 70 degrees. Perfect weather. Felt very fast. Had the bike shop fix a loose rotor and then I installed new pads & put my Race King tires back on this afternoon.

Notes

I wanted to get some sort of lifting in after riding so much lately. Warmed up with backsquats and thrusters.

Grabbed dummbells with my feet. This got awkward at 70 and 80lbs.
