MTB at Greyville with Conrad, Eric, Cheryl, Keltz and Rob

Notes

Hottest day of the year. Short ride… only 6.5 miles. I was just getting warmed up. Bike felt and sounded pretty bad. Lots of phantom creaks and rubbing parts. The rear wheel was out of true mid-ride and then I discovered a broken spoke. Luckily I have a few extra. Maybe not so luckily it broke at the hub which may require drilling it out? I’ll stop into a shop tomorrow. Need to replace the chain too. Race on Sunday.
