For time:

  • 240 wall balls (20/14)
  • 240 kettlebell swings (55/35)
  • 1000 jump ropes
  • 240 sit-ups
  • 100 pull-ups

Kettlbell must not touch the ground. If it does, 5 burpee penalty for the whole team.

Notes

A = Adam, Rob, Eric, Darrel
B = Cheryl, Georgie, Carissa, Brad

Rob kept subtracting instead of adding reps. Caused us to do way more work than required.
