7 stations, 90 seconds each:

  • 1A: Sled Pull, 1B: Sled Drag
  • 2A: Back Ext Sit-Ups, 2B: Sit-ups
  • 3A: DB Thruster, 3B: DB Overhead
  • 4A: Rock Jumps, 4B: Tire Jumps
  • 5A: Pull-Ups, 5B: Dips
  • 6A: Overhead Plate Lunge, 6B: Chest Plate Lunge
  • 7A: Weighted Squats (50lb cement bag), 7B: Jumping Air Squats

After each station, write your score and quickly rotate.

Half of the group will do the A workouts, the other half the B workouts.

After the first round, rest 3-5 minutes, and repeat. Now As do the B workouts, Bs do the A workouts.

  • Station 8: Block Run (0.8 miles)
