Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

  • 95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
  • 95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
  • 95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
Notes

It took me 30 minutes to even start this workout — I knew this would be a challenge. Not long after the first round I was drenched in sweat, heart racing… I stared at that bar for a very long time between movements. With a little more determination I’m sure I could do 9 rounds. Loved it.
