21-15-9 for time of:

  • Front Squats (135lbs)
  • Handstand Push Ups
  • Kettlebell Swings (55lbs)
Notes

Was going out for drinks later so got something in early. Old workout from San Francisco Crossfit (done in a team of 3). Considerably diffucult with the humidity. Front squats and swings were unbroken (squats were brutal). Handstand push-ups were in sets of 4 and 5s. Need work on those.
