Nasty Girls

3 rounds for time of:

  • 50 Squats
  • 7 Muscle-ups
  • 135 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps
Notes

I’ve never done this WOD before but it’s now one of my favorites. I felt slow this morning (probably from the two workouts yesterday), but I could’ve easily finished another two rounds. Maybe the change in diet is starting to have a positive effect… or perhaps it’s from the brief window of sunshine the Northeast is allowed every 7 days (worst summer weather ever).
