A Stations

  • 1A: Sprint
  • 2A: Sled Drag
  • 3A: Back Extensions
  • 4A: Dummbell Swings
  • 5A: Medicine Ball Push-Ups
  • 6A: Jump Rope
  • 7A: Dips
  • 8A: Tire Flip
  • 9A: Plate Lunge

B Stations

  • 1B: Sprint
  • 2B: Wheelbarrow Push
  • 3B: Sit-Ups
  • 4B: DB Squat Clean
  • 5B: Clapping Push-Ups
  • 6B: Burpees
  • 7B: Pull-Ups
  • 8B: Farmers Walk
  • 9B: Jumping Squats

After each station, write your score and quickly rotate.

Half of the group will do the A workouts, the other half the B workouts.

After the first round, rest 3-5 minutes, and repeat. Now As do the B workouts, Bs do the A workouts.
