Trail Run at the Lower Gypsy (Fisherman’s Run)

Notes

Nothing clears your head like an intense trail run. Don’t know why I stopped. This used to be my go-to run whenever I needed clarity. Today was overcast, damp and with all the leaves coming in — bright green. Perfect conditions.

I stopped for 45-60 seconds total to change songs on the iPod and still beat my previous bests. Also worth noting that I haven’t run in a long time and I’m 5 pounds heavier than I was in August 2007. This is promising.
