I call this one “Claimstorm” in honor of Zac. It’s purpose is to prepare you for 9 straight hours of handling insurance claims.

For time, 5 rounds:

  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10 man-makers (burpee with dumbbells: push-up, rows, clean, push press, repeat)
  • 10 jumping squats
  • 10 dumbbell swings
