MTB at Miller’s Pond with Cheryl |

| Notes |
Some of the most technical terrain I’ve ever experienced (walked/dismounted over a lot of it). The first two miles were nearly un-rideable if you wanted to leave without a broken head. We met a few guys in the parking lot — one of which had his knee wrapped with duct tape after falling off a skinny. He’ll be out for the season. The single track from mile four on was more my style. If I return here I’ll be sure to avoid the first couple miles and stick to XC riding. |

It’s Time to Make a Coffee Run

"Exercise physiologists have studied caffeine’s effects in nearly every iteration: Does it help sprinters? Marathon runners? Cyclists? Rowers? Swimmers? Athletes whose sports involve stopping and starting like tennis players? The answers are yes and yes and yes and yes."
