Fixed the resistance on my bike trainer. All previous trainer records are null & void. Speeds are cut in half (to realistic numbers) and I no longer have to be in the highest gear to get a workout. GPS Device: Garmin Edge 500, Version 2.1.0.0 |

I have tremendeousloy powerful legs. The goal is to learn to use them in putting weight overhead. My form goes to shit around 155lbs. I’m able to push-press that much weight with less effort. |
