Sumo Deadlift – 5 / 3 / 1

Notes

Just about a 3x bodyweight lift… but I won’t celebrate until it’s a conventional deadlift. Sumos are considerably easier for my build.

Big Lift

PR lift at 475lbs (body weight ~159)... just about 3x and 40lbs over my conventional PR of 435 (body weight ~151). I was charged up for hours after this much strain. Form degraded quickly -- so it goes with 1RMs.
