I leaned forward a bit on rep 4 on the second set of overhead squats and had to really strain to get the bar up. Probably should’ve dropped it. My upper back won’t be happy tomorrow (muscle, not spinal… which is fine).


Only got 4×120 on the last set of overhead press, but my breathing was off. Ran out of energy mid-lift.

Again, no lower back pain.
