Ninety seconds rest each round. Goal is to start ~ 1:50/500 pace and increase distance each round. Workout ends if you cannot deadlift or row further than the previous round. |

Increased distance for 7 rounds, but finished out the workout with the full 10. Deadlifts were easy, rest wasn’t enough in the later rounds. |
