Summary

Lift:

Back Squat (med-heavy for form)
Deadlift (work-up to a semi-heavy 1 RM for metcon) 

Metcon:

10 rounds of:

  • 1 heavy DL @ 345 (sumo)
  • 1 min of rowing for distance

Ninety seconds rest each round. Goal is to start ~ 1:50/500 pace and increase distance each round. Workout ends if you cannot deadlift or row further than the previous round.

Notes

Increased distance for 7 rounds, but finished out the workout with the full 10. Deadlifts were easy, rest wasn’t enough in the later rounds.
