  • 5 box jumps
  • 5 push-ups
  • 5 ring dips
Notes

Started in a line, I went first then Eric then Ryan.  I often had to wait for the deadlift at the beginning of each new round. Turned this into more of an interval workout.

  • 500m row
  • 1 minute bike interval
At the end do 2*n burpees where n = # of failures.
